SPR# GFLY3SYML4 - Fix a problem where a user selects a date in the Free Time dialog box for a room or a resource, but the time reserved is off by one day. This error was encountered when the time selected was on the previous or next day when converted to GMT.

This problem was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and was addressed in
Notes/Domino 4.6.5 and Notes/Domino 5.0.1.

This error was encountered when the time selected was on the previous or next

Steps to Reproduce Problem:
1. Open the Resource Reservation database.
2. Select the Create Reservation action button.
3. Select Room and select Continue.
4. Select either the "Find an available time for a specific room" or "Find an
available room at a specific time" radio button.
5. Select Continue.
6. Select the desired room (one that you know is available and will not produce
any scheduling conflict).
7. Enter a Reservation date (for example, 3/23/98).
8. Make the duration 1 hour.
9. Select the 'Find an Available Time' button. The date in the Free Time
screen will have date of say, 4/26/99 instead of 3/23/98. Free Time displays
"Scheduled time is OK for everyone."
